Product Description

Product Description

Emerging from a poor stereotypically white-trash childhood in Detroit, Eminem turned anger into an art form and shot to global notoriety. This vengeful hip-hop devotee has written two multi-platinum bestselling albums of surreally inventive, vicious, scattergun brilliance and become the world's premier rapper and an icon for disaffected teenagers everywhere. Along the way, though, he's been accused of homophobia, endorsing drug abuse and encouraging violence against women, and flirted with incarceration - a fate many see as inevitable for this psychologically flawed modern anti-hero. This fantastic illustrated biography is a celebration of the uniquely provocative and complex rapper who advises his young fans. 'Don't do drugs, have unprotected sex or be violent...leave that to me.'

5.0 out of 5 stars Eminem, 2 Sep 2003
first of, if you like Eminem, then ur gonna have to buy this book, The book is about Eminem in his early Fame, how the presure of the public make on, beacause of the lyrics in his song, Thus he was forced to make his lyrics more sutable for the public. Eminem was was finding it hard, because he was used to puting swear words in his song, because he felt that it was a good way to express himself in the song. Hope you enjoy it!!
