I really enjoyed this book - the photography is stunning, and the information relevant. Lots of key information about habitat and identification. About half the book concentrates on recipes, but I have not tried any yet. Home baked Chanterelle Croissant with sherry in three easy steps is one of the unmissable recipes, and first on my list!
