I am a real lover of cooking and cookery books from around the world. I believe a cookbook should be more than just a collection of recipes, so much more enjoyable to read of the region each dish comes from, some history. Beside being a real treasure trove of scrumptious recipes, (tried many of them already!), it makes great reading and is a delight to the eye too. I heartily recommend this book for those who like something extra from their cookery books.
