Product Description

Review

'We belong, we always belong, no matter how far away we live or for how long.' Gavin Esler, The Scotsman 'It's taken three years, and meant driving thousands of miles, but as these exclusive extracts show, Hall has succeeded brilliantly.' Caledonia 'The most beautiful collection of photographs of Scotland that I have ever seen.' Ewan McGregor 'Through a combination of Andy Hall's great photography and evocative writing by the personalities themselves, the book has opened an unprecedented window. It is a unique insight into the love that people feel for Scotland in all diverse forms.'The Leader

Sir Cameron Mackintosh

A ravishing book, with some of the most beautiful shots of Scotland I have ever seen.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Sense of Belonging to Scotland, 23 Nov 2002
By A Customer
A wonderful book of beautiful photographs depicting the favourite places of celebrities. A very different book from the normal 'tourist' books on Scotland.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Sense of Belonging to Scotland, 30 Oct 2009
By Breaca (New Zealand) - See all my reviews
A wonderfully ecletic set of photos, enhanced by the personal experiences of each contributor. Very special to own when you are 'far from the land' but, I'm sure, would be valued by any Scot.
