This is such an essential guide for any one wishing to travel the world and stay safe. Handy, easy to read and suitable for all travellers.If there is one essential item to pack in your suitcase or backpack then World Wise is it!

I ordered this book for my son who is shortly off traveling. It has lots of really useful tips and hints about scams you may come across on your travels, keeping safe etc. It's small enough to take with you and most of the content is relevant and not patronising, obvious stuff.
the reason why it didn't get 5 stars was because it is quite old and some of the adresses etc need up dating.

I just happened to stumble across this book while searching for books on travel. It is essential reading for anyone wanting to travel the world. I have bought another copy for my friends about to travel. It is small and light for taking with you. It also contains useful web addresses for up to date information on different countries.
