this book is a real page-turner. it starts quite slowly, but lures you in and builds up to a very exciting climax. the technology is insteresting and well realised, and like all the best sci-fi there are some hard lessons about the way our society could go.
one other thing, though; why such a weak title? i think a stronger one would have caught the eye of more readers, and this book deserves to be read.
