Excellent book for information on IR35 and the effect on PSC's. It should however be noted that this book was written BEFORE the results of the PCG's judicial review and so some areas should really be read in conjunction with the judges comments.

Ideal book for accountants dealing with contractors and for contractors themselves.

Strongy recommended PROVIDING that the reader is also kept informed on future developments on IR35 and associated case law.
