This book bored me. It had an almost non-existent story line, and an unambitious plot. In the blurb, it says "...Something dreadful happens." By the end of the book, I was still wondering what this dreadful thing was that was going to happen, before I realised I'd already passed it. It didn't seem all that dreadful, and it was definitely not enthralling enough to make up the main plot. The ending, I think was an attempt at excitement and danger without having to worry about consequences to the main character. Disappointing.
