There are funny scenes in this book, such as Daisey's attempt to curry favour with his boss by bonding over Rogue, but it didn't have the detail I was hoping for, so I didn't feel I learnt anything new about how Amazon works. It also ends rather suddenly - it is clear that Daisey thinks working for Amazon has changed his life, but he doesn't say how, or what he then decides to do with his life - I found I had to look at his website to try to complete the picture.
