1.0 out of 5 stars An egotistical view of change, 25 Oct 2006
By N. Hardy (Gloucestershire, UK) - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
This lightweight and superficial book fails to deliver anything new on the subject of change. While failing to make reference to any other author in the change management field, scratch the surface of this book and the work of others is not far below.

if you want to get a good understanding of why organizations need to change and how to go about it, read the works of Kotter or Cameron & Green.
