Although this revision book does provide, unlike others, information connected to a wide range of syllabuses and examining boards, it is too basic to be as useful as claimed. It simply isn't comperhensive enough to be used independent of other material at AS level. The lack of case studies is also a down fall. It may be useful if your aiming at a pass.

I think this book is ok but not brilliant. I would recommend it if you're doing either of the AQA courses, but for people doing Edexcel (or other more obscure courses) like me it's not that useful, only a couple of chapters actually apply. However, it's generally pretty good for overall revision, but there are hardly any case studies and very few practice questions.

This book has everything i could possible need to know for the new AS level specifications. The author must have been intouch with what the reader wants to read, because this cuts right to the point. This is a book you cant be without if you want a decent a/as level mark.
