I have been surfing the book shelves for useful books for my dissertation research (title: Underground film and Censorship) and came across this book, it is not only comprehensive but become a handbook for my dissertation from where the writers achive their story and how the outside world/reality can become a film. I have learn't about the ideas and themes behind Silence of the lambs, Natural Born Killers, Texas Chainsaw massacre and many more. If only I had been able to find this book sooner I may have written my dissertation by now (Laughing), it was a good find and Amazon really helped me.
