Richard Joseph's book "Bestsellers" follows the careers of some of the most successful and best known writers and novelists of our time, from their often shaky beginnings to the huge success stories they have become today. Following their careers from their early years through to the present, the book is filled with inspiring accounts of their struggles or good fortune to get to the top, with an abundance of memories and anecdotes from interviews with each of the featured authors. It not only provides inspiration for the aspiring writer, but also accords us a glimpse into the private lives of these people we admire. It will be enjoyed by everyone who takes an interest in literature, whether they write themselves, are avid readers, or just enjoy the occasional good book to curl up with in front of the fire on cold wintry nights. It is written in a nice easy-to-read style, and the writers selected come from a variety of different settings, encompassing a diverse range of literary spheres.
