This book provides an introduction to the basic throws and takedowns of freestyle wrestling (cross-buttock, double-leg pickup etc.).

The moves are presented clearly, and anyone interested in learning more about the techniques of this sport, or interested in incorporating a few new moves into their repertoire, would be well served getting this book.

An experienced grappler will probably know most of this stuff, however, so it is really for beginners.
