Product Description

Product Description

CSI (Crime Scene Investigation) is the US number one TV show, currently breaking viewing records on Channel Five in the UK. The series follows a Las Vegas team of forensic investigators who know the crime scene is the key to solving any murder. In this gripping graphic novel, Las Vegas is terrorised by a copycat killer who believes he is the legendary Jack the Ripper. His victims are ritualistically butchered and, like the Victorian original, he evades the best efforts of the police to catch him. It's left to Gil Grissom and his CSI team to bring this savage history lesson to an end. This collection also includes an exclusive introduction by TV series creator Anthony E. Zuiker, extra story pages, photo gallery and interviews with series cast members!

2.0 out of 5 stars could be better, 15 Mar 2004
By A Customer
having been an addict of both the tv series and the books, I have found this a great disappointment.Would have been so much better written as a proper book rather than a "comic strip" book.A lot greater detail would have been contained and you could have got a lot better picture of the crimes.

4.0 out of 5 stars jack the ripper?, 12 Mar 2004
Not a bad book. I've never read a graphic novel before, which was interesting. The team are trying to catch a killer who's mapping out events of the Jack the Ripper case. Will they catch him/her or will they get away; time is running out. They have one murder left before the killer disappears, as jack the ripper did. It's an interesting history lesson, if nothing else. This book is easy to read and the illustrations are excellent;nothing is left to the imagination.
