When two Jedi are cut down in the very shadow of their temple on Coruscant, the killer's identity is already known - the mysterious, Jedi-hating bounty hunter, Aurra Sing! Now two Jedis and a young trainee must travel across the galaxy in a mission to find Aurra, before she can carry out her next mission - a mission that will bring her face to face with her former teacher, the solitary, engimatic Dark Lady, in a battle to the death...but whose death? Can our three heroes find Aurra before she sheds any more Jedi blood, or will she continue her terrifying killing spree?

5.0 out of 5 stars Good Star Wars action., 26 Sep 2004

THE STORY:
Set two years after Episode I. The Dark Jedi bounty hunter Aurra Sing murders two Jedi Masters in the shadow of the Jedi Temple, prompting the Jedi Council to assign Ki-Adi-Mundi, Adi Gallia and A'Sharad Hett the task of tracking her down and ending her reign of terror.

WHAT'S GOOD:
Davide Fabbri's art is sumptuous, colourful and perfectly suited to the Star Wars style and I really like the way the lightsabers and lightsaber duels are illustrated. The story is interesting and entertaining and A'Sharad's struggle with his desire to avenge his father's murder makes for great reading. Also, a bit more of Aurra and the Dark Woman's past is revealed here, so it's an interesting one for fans. There's also an excellent scene in which Aurra must use her skill and the dark side to overcome two Destroyer Droids.

WHAT'S BAD:
As Star Wars stories go, there's not really anything to complain about here.

5.0 out of 5 stars an amazing storry about an amazing character, 31 Dec 2002
This is really one of the best star wars comics I have read.
Focusing on the infamous jedi hunter Aurra sing, this book gives us a more indepth look at her past and her relationship with "the dark woman" the jedi who trained her.
Aurra sing is one of the most popular extended universe characters and this book sets her high rating in stone.
It also brings to light some more information on Ki-adi-mundi, a jedi who is getting more and more attention.
The illistration is fantastic as is the script, lots of action all the time. I espacailly like the introduction of the tuskan jedi from the comic "Outlander", with a great sub plot.
A good read all round well worth the few pounds it costs.

Do your self a favour and buy this book......now!!!!!
