Farscape: The Illustrated Companion Volume 2 is the second guide to the hit SF TV show, about an astronaut shot through a wormhole in space and onto a living ship with a strange alien crew. This volume covers the entire second season with a helpful recap of season one's cliffhanger ending to remind viewers where they left off.
Each episode is covered with quotes from the actors, writers, directors and production crew to accompany the synopses. There are interviews with all the stars and creative minds behind the show, features on the special effects and wonderful puppets and the various alien creatures, a detailed history of all the main characters and a glossary of some of the particularly tricky terms and phrases used in the show. Now you can wow all your friends with some impressive-sounding techno-speak. It's a slim companion and although totally official, the black and white interior does give it the feel of a lacklustre unauthorised guide.
