This is the eighth volume of Todd McFarlane's Spawn saga. We see our hero meet another victim of circumstance, the Freak, someone who I'm sure we'll meet again in adverserial circumstances. Also while the main plot follows Spawn's abduction from the alleys the subplot allows us to meet Cy-Gor with lots of hints as to what is to come. The book, once again, contains masterful artwork as we see the strength and purpose of Spawn's costume develop. An excellent addition to the Spawn titles and one that whets the appitite for more. Even Al Simmons would be cut up to miss this one.
