Don't start this book in your lunch hour unless you can afford to take the afternoon off. Lyrical prose combined with evocative memories of treasured times spent with his father make Andrews' first book a compelling and absorbing read. Buy it for your grown up children, the fisherman in your life or your best friend, but above all keep a copy for yourself.Occasionally a book fails to live up to its cover; in this case the beautiful art work on the outside is a mere hint of the treat which lies within.
