Synopsis
This is a comprehensive encyclopedia of Everton Football Club, containing over 400 entries detailing statistics, biographies, and glorious and inglorious times. From being founder members of the Football League, Everton rapidly made their name as one of the game's wealthiest clubs, and went on to win the League Championship nine times. They were winners of the FA Cup on five occasions and in 1995 they rose to victory in the European Cup Winner's Cup.
