This is a charming little book, much-loved by my 3 year old.

You 'read' it by shining a torch through cut-out shapes in the pages, which create lively shadows on the walls or ceiling. There's a sort of poem to accompany the pictures but most of the fun is in wiggling the light about to make the pictures move ("fish swim across the walls", "flowers dance on the ceiling" etc).

Very sweet, and fun if you want a change from the normal bedtime stories.
