`Marie Claire 'Crisp' is a collection of fresh, cool and light recipes using ingredients such as lettuce, cucumber and herbs.
Continuing in the Marie Claire tradition, this book will inspire with its modern, fresh approach to food and entertaining.......
I've had a lot of fun re-visiting old favourites and I hope that you have as much fun cooking and eating from our selection...'
The quality of writing one has come to expect from Marie Claire publications.
Each recipe is clearly laid out with a list of ingredients, number of servings and the method.
The vast majority of the dishes have photographs and the book has useful `ingredient notes'.
Overall a useful coffee table book, but I have to be honest and say that I do think that in this new `chunky' format, it is now much harder to leave the book open at your favourite recipe whilst attempting to recreate it in the kitchen!
Other titles currently in this format:- 'Spicy', 'Easy' and 'Hot'.
