Does exactly what it says it will - great healthy ideas and budget saving tips. Not sure I agree 100% with the diet plan but great for recipes that are tasty without seeming like "healthy food."

This book was ok but purely aimed at the American market. A lot of the ingredients you can't get over here in the UK so some of the recipes are redundant!
