3.0 out of 5 stars Comprehensive, but geared towards Americans, 28 Jun 2005
By A Customer
This book contains enough information for you to begin your eBay business. It is written in a light-hearted vein, is easy to read, with interesting asides or reminders, tables, charts and eBay.com pages, as well as useful keywords, lists and other links. It is meant for those who want to start selling on eBay, but don't know where to begin, in this sense the Complete Idiot tag is appropriate. Most of the information can be gleaned from eBay.com itself, but this book gives you that extra push to get on with it! My only gripe is that the book is geared more towards the American market (eg mentions US$, UPS, FedEx, US taxation, US postal service etc) but the UK reader should be able to translate all that into the home market.
