My only issue with this book is that it wasn't around before! This is the ideal book for a Delphi developer that is starting out or has been working with .NET for a while. For beginners, it introduces you to .NET concepts by comparing them with existing technology you know in Delphi. For more advanced readers, it explains many of the detailed aspects of the framework. Jon is very good in not taking a biased approach to either Delphi or C#. The book covers everything you need to know to feel comfortable with .NET, and it is explained in a concise and simple way
