About the Author
Jon Warren Lentz is a coauthor of the best-selling Flash 5 Bible (2001) and Flash 4 Bible (2000). He was also a coauthor, with Lynda Weinmann, of Deconstructing Web Graphics (1998). In 2001, Jon founded Flash-Guru.com to fill the need for sustained, learner-centered training on a variety of intermediate-to-advanced Flash topics. In addition to his writing and Web work, Jon is known for his fine-art work: His images have been featured in the Graphics Poster Annual, Mac Art & Design Magazine, The International Designer's Network Magazine, and Shutterbug Magazine. He also lectures on digital art, design, and technology; most recently, he presented at Flash-Kit.

Bill Turner, Turnertoons Productions, Inc., has created hundreds of cartoons and games for commercial use. He has worked with Shockwave.com and Atom.com in creating and converting desktop Flash games to versions that will play faithfully on the Pocket PC.
