4.0 out of 5 stars Great roleplaying aid, 5 Oct 2001
By A Customer
This book provides players and storytellers alike with loads of usefull ideas with which to develope their characters or start new ones. You get info on how hunters deal with the 'real' world around them, loads of merits and flaws and ideas for concepts (such as the lone hunter, or young - as in toddler - hunters and how to roleplay them). Loads more stuff on Bystanders, who weren't really detailed in the main rules at all. This book gives you everything you need to know to play one, and even makes it a viable opotion. The ST can also use it to flesh out your background bystanders. The one thing I didn't like about this book - and its a minor point - is that there is some info inside that a ST might not want his players to know about. Its hard to surprise your players with one of the Wayward when they've already read the story accompaning there description in this book. But a clever ST can easily work around this, and most of the stuff is pretty safe.
