This excellent supplement from Monte Cook has a lot of very useful content. Most of this should be used by DM, as the new prestige classes, items, feats and magical poison creation rules fit especially for NPCs. All of them are very creatively thought out.

The book introduces a new feat type - eldritch feat - that gives bonuses to every spell of a certain type (summoning, direct attack) cast. This is balanced out by the fact that these feats have very high prerequisites.

There are 3 new prestige classes: embermage (an interesting fire elementalist variant), graven ones (spellcasters that inscribe runes and tattoos to their skin for power) and mirror master (a person who can see "things" in mirrors).

The new spells are excellent and can be given to players. Plus there's a new monster template -- magical construct.

This is one of the best d20 supplements, bypassing WotC's Tome and Blood by far.
