This book is excellant. It isn't too heavy reading. Gives good resources on the basis of witchcraft and has spells relating to everyday teenage hood. The ingrediants can be easy to come by. Generally a easy read that gives a world of ideas and insight. Especially recommended for the teen-witches out there but any age could get some useful ideas out of this book.

The content on this book isn't so bad, such as information on the Sabbats & the list of deites (which I was very fond of, including Christian archtype to those alternative christians) although some of the areas are seriously lacking. For example, no information is given on the Esbats. This book is exactly what it says 'a spell book', not much spiritual information on Wicca. I wouldn't read this if you were new to Wicca and save it for later. The spells are nice though some of them are going against others will (such as the 'invite me spell'). One spell that is completly unsafe is the 'have a peaceful breakup' which incorporates 2 deities, kali ma and Kuan Yin. these deities are complete opposites, their energies wont co operate so well. Other than that this book is a fine 'light' read, just as long as you are looking into improving your practical side of the craft & includes a fantastic suggested reading list.
