5.0 out of 5 stars A must for beginners!, 4 Feb 2004
By A Customer
I bought this book by chance for a friend, as they had no real networking knowledge, and found it very informative and enlightening for me too. If you are involved with computers and the Internet this is a quick, easy, no big works sort of description of key concepts involved in the networks that connect them. It goes further too and covers VOIP, QoS, IP convergence, ISDN, etc., etc.

Worth every penny!
