This book is a great introduction to the software that guides you through a number of different lesson and scenarios. Obviously it can not be said that after reading it you will be completely confident with this software, it is just far to complicated for the one book, but you will develop a good grasp of all the basic processes. The best part of this book, and reason it fully deserves 5*'s, has to be the interactive CD's that comes with it. On the first CD, there are animations of all the lessons in the book with audio commentary. This is fantastic and would allow you to become familiar with the software, even if you didn't have access to it. Even better is that on the second there is a 60 day trial of the software so you can practice.
