I had been ill for more than a decade with all kinds of problems from systemic candida, thyroid and adrenal disfunction, hormonal disruption, chronic fatigue - I felt like a physical melt-down. This book provides all the tools and information to take back your life and take responsibility for your health. Moritz encapsulates all the latest theories regarding chronic illness and holistic healing, and offers all the tools necessary to cure a toxic body and embark on healing, from whatever disorder. Anyone who feels underpar or who has been sick long enough to want it to end, needs to read this book. It is also a fantastic source of information on the theories, treatments and philosophies of ayurvedic medicine and lifestyle.
A really worthwhile buy!

A client (I work as a massage therapist/acupucturist) lent me this book, and I have since bought multiple copies for friends and family. The general advice is sound and well researched, though some of the authors ideas are a little controversal. The detox plans are excellent and the authors ethos is really beautiful. Well worth investing in. Enjoy.
