3.0 out of 5 stars Amy Butler's Midwest Modern, 4 May 2008
By Retro Rita (England) - See all my reviews
This is mainly just a photographic tour of Amy's house, lots of lovely pictures basically showing off her fabrics but no patterns to any of the designs (except a cushion cover; not exactly difficult to make.) Disappointing if you are looking for some patterns and 'how to's'

As soon as you open this book, you feel as if you are right there in the Midwest. A must for any Amy Butler fan like me. Very inspiring and relaxed approach, with ideas which lead you onto other projects. Even if you end up making none of the projects from this book, the photos are gorgeous! I use mine a lot, so I'm really glad I bought it.
