Hi! I'm Terri Apple, Author of Making Money In Voice-Overs. I wrote this book because my answering machine became too full with questions from everyone I ever knew (Whether a Doctor, Lawyer or Indian Chief. Well, I don't know any "real" Indian Chiefs, but you get the picture) that wanted to BREAK INTO THE EXCITING, LUCRATIVE WORLD OF VOICE-OVERS. I can truly vouch for the exciting, lucrative part as well as everyone I know wanting to do them. I moved to California quite a few years ago to pursue ON-CAMERA and was quite generously slapped with a Voice-Over career. To tell you the truth, I thought it was going to be easier to break into On-Camera. I had an extremely lucrative career in the Midwest and thus began my thoughts that you can pursue this fabulous career anywhere. There is so much knowledge to be had about the Voice-Over business, that I just HAD to put pen to paper and write it all down. I hope that you enjoy reading and learning from this book as much as I had writing it and sharing my experiences along with some fabulously talented Voice talent.
