I bought this book because it's title says "The Everything" Slow Cookery Book. The "everything" side of slow cooking is limited to a few pages with little day to day practical guides on the generic use of the slow cooker. Furthermore, the 300 recipes may well be delicious but the recipes are "full on" American description, ingredients and measures. Apart from the ambiguity of the "everything" title (which it is not) UK purchasers should be advised in the description that the book is not written for the UK consumer.
