Fabulous read for anyone who is either having difficulties in their relationship or for anyone who has just split from one and is trying to heal or go out on the dating scene again. Dr Bonnie tells it "like it is" but in a gentle and at times somewhat humorous way.

I found the book to be an inspiration to me when I was going through a terrible time after splitting up with my commitment phobic boyfriend, if I had known about this book earlier on in the relationship I have no doubt it would have helped to save it!

As that relationship was not meant to be, I will certainly be implementing Dr Bonnie's techniques should the need arise in my next relationship!

10 out of 10 for this read, good luck to all of you who need the support, I can think of no one better to advise you than Dr Bonnie.
