this book has a very good selection of designs to use as examples, but the downside is as with most flower books that it does not show you a step by step guide to how the arrangements are created. i felt that looking at the pictures of the arrangements though, they were nice and thought that i might well feel inspired to have a go to create a similar looking design myself.
