I think this book is rather good if you are new to the gym or interested in sensible eating and exercise.

I didn't agree with everything the author wrote, but enough of it made sense. Perhaps his over-reliance on calorie counting got in the way of my own personal enjoyment, also there are lots of stories of how celebs got their looks for the movies.......and I'm just not impressed by celebrity worship.

I prefered Bill Phillips 'Body for LIFE', but this at least has less emphasis on buying one particular companies supplement brand.
