Having read mens health magazine for a long time i decided to buy this book as it was advertised as the ultimate guide to getting that body we all want. Although it was quite hard to find a copy I would definitely recommend it to anyone whos serious about their weights. Its by far the best book i've seen and covers everything from muscle biology, diets, all the best exercises... everything you need really! Although quite a chunky book its all really interesting and well laid out. Having followed what i read i'm putting on lean muscle faster than ever, definitely a worthwhile buy. The sort of book you'll keep forever.

This is not the first workout book I've ever bought but it is most certainly the best so far. Not only are there some great workouts by Ian King but there is an excellent explanation of how the body works which allows you to better understand what impact exercise will have on you. Probably not as important but something to consider is the presentation. I have several of the Men's Health books but this is by far the best looking of their books I have seen.

Not much is needed to be said about this book. Ian King have done a VERY good job making this book. There is everything you need to know about basic training plus some biophysic inside the body.. Brilliant!
