5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent intro, 19 Jan 2001
Agree with the other reviewers, this is a very lucid and approachable introduction to Routing basics. I would recommend this book as a first read before attempting the drier Cisco CCNA study guides such as Todd Lamalle's required book. A nice use of routing diagrams to help convey principles and i only spotted a couple of typo's! If your a novice to tcp/ip and subnetting you will find the section on subnetting to be too brief to be able to perform practical binary subnetting so further reading will be required. But, hey, as the title says, it's only an Introduction.
