Philip Kay has done a good job of demystifying the world of telecom equipment buying and selling. He takes the reader step by step through the the sales process, using a selection of anecdotes, examples and tips taken from his life on the road as a sales warrior. Anybody who has worked in sales will be able tell that Philip really has been out there at the sharp end. This is a worthwhile read for anybody looking for an intoduction into the basics of selling in the telecom or IT industries, or alternatively hardened sales professionals who are looking for something to help them refresh and tighten up their sales skills.
