Synopsis

The location of the Arc of the Covenant is a mystery that is thousands of years old. This book recounts the investigation of a secret in the south of France. As the investigation developed, it became apparent that this puzzle involved Freemasonry ...and was uncovering a grand conspiracy. THE QUESTIONS ...Are the Knights Templar and Freemasons related? Do they still exist today? If they were the guardians of the Ark of the Covenant, where is it now? Is there anything else, apart from guarding the Ark, that these people are trying to achieve? 5.0 out of 5 stars A theory verifiable by anyone, 1 Feb 2002
By Enrique Bozzo (Montevideo, Uruguay) - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
In the saga of Holy Blood,Holy Grail,I have read dozens of books on Templars, Freemasons, Judaism, Christianity, and historical, theological and philosophical speculation. Templar Gold is, in my opinion, the best of them, since its basic theory is based on maps which can be obtained, as I did, by anyone. The alternation of serious and well researched historical chapters with first rate speculative ones makes for very interesting reading.
The author, through Masonic clues, reaches to a site in SW France (Languedoc) which happens to be defined by the French Geographic Survey as being the center of a circle formed by exactly 33 survey points around "The Site".
What is or has been hidden there, either physically or symbolically, as an object or as informaton, is for the reader to decide. It could even be the very raison d'etre of Freemasonry.
This book has enticed me to do a lot of further research, and I continue doing it.I seriously recommend it to any reader interested in the abovementioned topics, or in related ones.
