When my dog was diagnosed with cancer and that realistically palliative care was the only option, I was frantic to find out as much as I could about her condition and what I could do to help. I found this book after a lot of searching on the Internet and it's been worth 1000 times what it cost to buy. It can't cure my dog's cancer but what I've learned has helped me find ways to make her life happy, comfortable and hopefully longer. It will also be a great help to people who may have to decide whether or not to put their dog through chemo. One review I read said it was probably a bit too technical for most people, but I just kept re-reading anything I didn't get first time round. It also pointed me in the direction of vitamin/supplement manufacturers in the USA who were all very helpful in either letting me buy direct from them, or putting me in contact with UK outlets. IF YOUR DOG HAS BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH CANCER, PLEASE FOLLOW YOUR OWN VET'S ADVICE, BUT IF THERE IS SOME TIME ON YOUR SIDE READ THIS BOOK TOO AND ASK YOUR VET A LOT OF QUESTIONS - THE QUALITY OF YOUR DOG'S LIFE IS WORTH IT!
