He has authored over 240 publications on human resource development and performance improvement.
Elwood F. Holton, III is an Associate Professor in the School of Vocational Education at Louisiana State University. He specialises in Human Resource Development/Training and Development and coordinates LSU's degree programs in these areas. Holton has a long record of consulting with organization including J.P. Morgan, Honeywell, the U.S. Department of Energy, Enterprise Rent-a-Car, Ciba-Geigy and Entergy.
