About the Author

Steven was on the faculty of Cornell University for 10 years, where he earned his Ph.D., and has also been on the faculty of his undergraduate school, Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

In the tradition set by other books in this series, this is and in depth book about C++. Useful both as a guide to programmers wishing to learn C++ and as a reference to people already familiar with the language. I have found many good tips in the examples provided, even in topics I thought I was very familiar with. This book is worth buying.
