This book is an excellent book on Visual Basic. I am surprised that it has not received more reviews and ranks so lowly on the amazon.com sales list. It is far better than some of the more popular Visaul Basic books, especially books intended for beginners. Peter Aitken is not only a good writer, he is also a good teacher. I recommend this book wholeheartedy to all of you Visual Basic beginners. I am certain this book will become more popular when the word gets out how good it is.

I bought this book to enable me to learn VB and produce a project in a relatively short space of time. It has proven to be excellent. The combination of concise explanations, examples of every topic and an excellent index make it a real asset.
