Much better than Captivated, by the same authors. As usual Robin Schones work eclipses the others in my opinion. An excellent tale that has a depth far beyond normal romance, erotic or otherwise. If you have read 'The Ladies Tutor' you must read this; Muhamed's story. Susan Johnson's story is up to her usual standard. I like her love scenes better than anyone elses. I think it's her use of dialogue that brings it alive. She has a lovely turn of phrase that brings images to mind. for example:

...he softly grunted each time at the blissfull point of deepest penetration...

Can't you just hear him!!

Beatrice Smalls offering, very silly but I enjoyed it. Wonderfully satisfying when Lucinda puts the men in their place and gets her man as well. Thea Devine's, my second choice after Robin's story, the best thing I have read of hers.

All in all Excellent.

I bought this book because I am a hopeless romantic, and it came under the romance genre. I admit it was erotic romance and I thought why not give it a try. The Thea Devine story was good, a little bit crude but acceptable. Robin Schones was very moving, and Susan Johnsons good. All this three involved the woman who gets involved with a man and the story revolves around the two of them which is OK.Also, inevitably there is a lot of making love between the two of them which is OK, even if it is a bit raunchy. BUT! Beatrice Small's is absolutely UNROMANTIC - it is on the point of sickening. The woman is literally raped by the 'hero' in front of 4 men who want her 'disciplined' then she is drugged and has 4 different men have sex with her at once. Then at the end she is forced to have sex with one of her 'suitors' perform a sex act on another before the 'hero' sweeps her off into the sunset and jealously asks her who made love to her - it sounds like half of England did!!! it is the most unromantic story I have ever read and admit that some people like these stories and good luck to them but do not put it into a book that comes under the 'romance' genre. It is not in the least bit romantic - I am disgusted and will avoid anything with the name 'Beatrice Small' on it.

I bought this book because it was under the 'romance' genre. It was nothing to do with romance. The last three stories are fair but the first one is nothing but porn. Having four men having sex in various forms with one woman at once is not romance to me. I appreciate that some people like these stories which is fair enough but should not be classed as 'romance'. I also found the language too crude - I would not recommend it to anyone who likes romance and gentleness.
