having suffered for many years with mcs what i look for in a book is advice and help with this condition.
Instead this book was so negative full of stories of people who never get well and passages of how depressing their life is i put it in the bin before i had read half of it.
Mcs IS curable i know many people who have reversed this and this book staes quite clearly there is no cure i would not recommend this to anyone who needs to read positive information not negative there are pleny of other great self help books on this subject that will put you on the right path .
