4.0 out of 5 stars A great story with the added bonus of brilliant art work, 22 Nov 2001
By A Customer
When I brought this book i didn't realise it was in comic format, I was always use to reading the buffy novels, but I wasn't disappointed.
This is a great story with the added bonus of brilliant art work pictures that really look like the scooby gang and our other favourite characters.
The story gives the basic back ground of the buffy the vampire slayer show, the chosen ones job description including her watcher Rupert Giles part and how angel became the vampire Angelus included brilliantly in a story about the Hollower a creature that feeds on vampires, but buffy and the gang find out this isn't as good as it sounds when the find you that eventually the demons eat by the Hollower will be released and take over all of Sunnydale.
This is great for someone new to buffy and a brilliant read for big fans.
