I read this book for the first time when it just came out in the eighties. I liked the focus on philosophy taking time management to higher level than the usual "clean your desk and make a list" self help books. This book is actually about a different way of looking at your time and your life and how to make conscious choices how to make the most of it. It helped me enormously in becoming (slightly) more productive but more importantly feel more happy about the things I wanted to do and less guilt about the others dropping of the list. It also reads well and quickly. Somebody borrowed the book and never returned it. Now I am buying copies for my children and my best friends.

If you want to make more of life this is the book. I have now bought more than 5 copies to give to my children and best friends. It is much more than a time management guide but a philosphical (well-written) text on how we perceive time and why some people are able to lead so much more productive lives. I have reread this bok a couple of times and it has given me some very practical tips. Heartely recommended.
